Payment

Payment in full is required before goods can be dispatched. This does
not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Ownership of goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery. Unless
otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier
service during normal business hours, and a signature will be required.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We cannot guarantee specific
delivery times or dates, as these are subject to stock availability and
other factors. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24
hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract

When you place an order, we will send an email confirming receipt. Your
order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send a Dispatch
Confirmation Email. The contract is now complete.

Cancellation

You may cancel any order before payment has been taken, free of
charge. To cancel, contact us with your order reference. Transportation
costs for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the purchaser unless
the goods are faulty or were supplied in error. Orders cannot be
cancelled if goods have been altered from their original condition. This
does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refunds

As we only deal in pre-loved items, returns and refunds can only be
made if an item is received in a condition not as advertised or
discussed. Returned goods must be in their original condition and
packaging. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Goods that have been altered or where a defect was disclosed at the
point of sale cannot be returned.

International Orders

Purchases made outside the EU may be liable for additional customs
tariffs and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
